First Gen :-

Time period of first generation 1946 to 1959

J.P.Eckert and J.W.Mauchly invented the world's first successful first computer called "ENIAC".

ENIAC stands for

Vaccume tube was used for processing of memory in C.P.U in first generation's computers ,
vaccume tube is like electric bulb,

However, computers vaccume tube were heat-up, and create massive heat,

Scientist or owner must had to change that vaccume tube frequently,

Or have some cooling system to cool down that computer and vaccume tube,

By all this, process and hardwork to doing, this computer consume more money to own ,

That is why the computers of first gen is only used by some huge organization or gigantic company,

Computers of first generation consume more electricity,

Magnetic drums was used for storing small amount of data in computers of first generation.

Punch cards were used in computers as input device.

2. Non-portable because the computers that was very big in sizes and heavier in weight as 30 tons.
3. Only store smaller amount of data .
4. Computers give fake results or wrong result sometimes , means less productivity.
5. Maintain cost is high.
6. Consume more electricity.
